Our requirements for Owner Operator are the following:

• Must have your own active MC with Cargo & Liability Insurance (cannot work with carriers who have an active FreightGuard on Carrier411)

• Own, Lease, or Rent your own truck (Leases & Rentals are preferred for maximum reliability. Contact us if you need a referal for equipment)

• Clean MVR 

• Minimum 2 years driving experience

• Safety First mentality

• Good communication for ETA's so we can pre book when available.

For owner operators who are ready, we require the following documents to get started:

• Picture of drivers license for each driver

• Picture of registration/cab card for each truck & trailer

• Picture of your MC authority

• W9 

• Picture of your DOT Medical Card

• Your banks direct deposit form or a voided check (whichever you prefer)

• Address where you want us to mail you fuel cards

• Certificate of Insurance with "OTR Solutions" listed as a certificate holder
